Through our counselling sessions, we will help you gain clarity on the issues you are facing and provide you with an understanding of the underlying issues that are causing them.

Our therapists work from the B1 Counselling offices in Birmingham and are also available online via video calling. Once we have established a schedule with you, we will work to arrange sessions for you at your convenience.
